Rheinfelden (Baden)

Petite ferme romaine

Le domaine romain de Nollingen était une petite ferme romaine simple située sur le Dinkelberg et construite au 2e et 3e siècle après Jésus-Christ. Aujourd’hui, son plan est reconstruit. Jusqu’on a commencé à utiliser les briques pour la préparation de chemins, les murs de la ferme étaient relativement hauts. En comparaison avec la Villa Urbana de Grenzach ayant une surface de 2800m², le bâtiment de Nollingen est très petit avec sa surface de 300 m². La situation centrale de la salle de séjour équipée d’une cheminée ouverte avec un ample espace, est inhabituelle. La face frontale dispose d’une large ouverture de 15m. On suppose que les bases découvertes portèrent les piliers d’un Porticus.
